Auction Terms & Conditions Auction PREVIEW DAY: Bidders will be able to inspect and view items at 3059 Audrain Rd. 581 Vandalia Mo, MO 63382 on Tuesday, January 21st, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM . It is recommended that bidders preview the items. If you can not attend at the scheduled time, please call 573-470-6565 to make other arrangements.
Bidding starts on Friday, January 17th , 2020 at 4:00 pm CST. If you are the winning bidder you must pay and pick up your items, failure to do so you will not be allowed to bid on our auctions again.
STAGGERED CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 5:30 PM on Thursday, January 30th, 2020. The first item will begin to close at 7:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 10 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes when ever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN A GOOD AREA FOR INTERNET RECEPTION TO KEEP UP WITH ALL CURRENT BIDS.
LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pick their items up Saturday February 1st, 2020 from 8:00 am to 12:00 PM at 3059 Audrain Rd. 581 Vandalia, MO 63382, Other arrangements need to be made before the sale ends. There will be additional charges for these arrangements. 573-470-6565 . PLEASE BRING Boxes and HELP IF YOU BUY LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS!
SHIPPING: Bill Allen Auction Service LLC will ship smaller items AT BUYER’S EXPENSE using USPS flat-rate boxes only. We WILL NOT SHIP large/heavy furniture, equipment, appliances or tools. If you have questions about whether we will ship an item please contact us BEFORE YOU BID! Shipping will be charged to the buyer at actual cost plus a $20 per box handling and handling fees at 20 dollars per hour with one hour minimum.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $50.00, you will be charged $55.00 at check out.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3.75% convenience fee), personal check (Up to $2,000.00) with proper ID, &or cash. Checks over $2,000 must be pre-approved by auction company. Payment must be made when items are picked up or prior to shipping if applicable. If we have never done business with you before and are shipping items to you a total of more than $200, payment must be made by check due to the amount of credit card fraud that occurs. If we have an established business relationship we will accept credit and debit card for payment with no limit amount at the Auction Services discretion. Buyer’s that pick up their items can use a credit or debit card without no spending limit, the limit only applies to buyer’s that we are shipping to.
